Map & Mug Travel Company provides personalized travel planning services and digital travel planning products. We create customized itineraries, travel guides, recommendations, and planning resources based on the information provided by each client.

Map & Mug Travel Company does not book flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, or restaurant reservations unless explicitly stated as part of a purchased service.

2. Client Responsibilities

To create the most accurate travel plans possible, clients agree to provide complete and accurate information during the planning process.

Map & Mug Travel Company is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the client.

If significant changes are made to your travel plans after work has begun, additional fees may apply.

3. Personalized Digital Products

Every itinerary and planning guide is created specifically for each client.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are intended for the purchaser's personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared for commercial purposes.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are listed on the applicable product pages.

Delivery timelines begin once:

  • Payment has been received.

  • Required questionnaires have been completed.

  • Any requested supporting documents have been submitted.

If additional information is required to complete your order, delivery may be delayed until that information is received.

5. Revisions

Each itinerary includes one complimentary revision to correct factual errors or adjust recommendations based on information originally provided.

Requests involving substantial itinerary changes, destination changes, date changes, or new planning requests may require the purchase of an additional revision or a new itinerary.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed purchases will not be affected by future pricing changes.

7. Recommendations

Recommendations provided by Map & Mug Travel Company are based on research and information available at the time your itinerary is prepared.

Hours of operation, admission prices, reservation requirements, transportation schedules, restaurant availability, weather conditions, and local regulations may change without notice.

Clients are encouraged to verify important details before traveling.

8. Reservations & Bookings

Unless specifically stated as part of your purchased service, clients are responsible for making all reservations and bookings, including but not limited to:

  • Flights

  • Hotels

  • Vacation rentals

  • Rental cars

  • Restaurant reservations

  • Attraction tickets

  • Tours

  • Transportation

Map & Mug Travel Company is not responsible for missed reservations, booking errors, or changes made by third-party providers.

9. Travel Disruptions

Map & Mug Travel Company cannot guarantee the availability of attractions, accommodations, restaurants, or transportation.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by:

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Business closures

  • Public health events

  • Transportation delays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

10. Limitation of Liability

Map & Mug Travel Company provides travel planning recommendations only.

Clients are solely responsible for their travel decisions, reservations, transportation, purchases, and personal safety during their trip.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Map & Mug Travel Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, expenses, delays, cancellations, or inconveniences arising from the use of our services or recommendations.

11. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, travel guides, digital products, graphics, branding, and written content created by Map & Mug Travel Company remain the intellectual property of Map & Mug Travel Company.

Clients may print and use their purchased materials for personal travel purposes.

Purchased materials may not be:

  • Resold

  • Redistributed

  • Shared publicly

  • Reproduced for commercial purposes

  • Claimed as your own work

12. Communication

Communication regarding your order will be conducted primarily through the email address provided during checkout.

Clients are responsible for monitoring their email for questions, updates, or requests for additional information.

13. Changes to These Terms

Map & Mug Travel Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
